Tata Consultancy Services launches RPA solution
The global IT services, consulting and business solutions company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced the introduction of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions that increase the accuracy and quality of chip manufacturing and help semiconductor companies successfully digitize.
The move comes at an opportune time for the semiconductor market, which is growing and changing rapidly thanks to big data, Internet of Things, and improved connectivity. The company’s RPA solution is based on the Connected RPA platform from British multinational software company Blue Prism. The platform aims to increase the response time to problems that can arise in the manufacture of semiconductors by gathering insights from production data.
