RPA Appoints Three New Executives

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors (RPA) have appointed three senior executives to advance their efforts to support Nigeria’s financial inclusion as well as a favorable regulatory environment

RPA in a statement said that the executives are; Henrietta Bankole-Olusina, Adedeji Oguntonade and Segilola Adeola.
Henrietta Bankole-Olusina, Program Director of RPA in Nigeria, focuses on digital financial services for vulnerable populations. In this role, she will work with regulators to strengthen the policies and regulations that promote financial inclusion.

Prior to this appointment, she was Head of Business Transformation, responsible for Information Technology at the Asset & Resource Management (ARM) group and General Manager at ARM Financial Advisers. Prior to joining ARM, she was Head of Financial Services Management Consulting and Head of Mobility and Payments at Accenture in Nigeria.

She has a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and an MBA from the Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands.
In addition, Adedeji Oguntonade will assume the role of Nigeria Payments Director, who is committed to a positive regulatory environment for digital financial services and financial inclusion in Nigeria. In particular, he will work with the relevant regulatory authorities on pricing, licensing, identification, distribution networks and mapping on the supply side of financial services, among others, ”the statement said.

It added: “Prior to this appointment, Adedeji was Head of Fintech and Innovation at Guarantee Trust Bank. Before that he was group leader for electronic payments at the bank. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and an MBA from the Federal University of Technology, Nigeria.

“Segilola Adeola is taking on the role of Senior Financial Inclusion Advisor and supporting RPA’s work on various grants in Nigeria and across Africa.

Prior to this appointment, Segilola served as a consultant for a range of workflows in Nigeria and across the African continent for RPA.

“She was previously a manager at Accenture and worked with Accenture Development Partnerships. She has a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronics from the University of Manchester Science and Technology Institute, an MSc in Mobile and Satellite Communications from the University of Surrey and an MBA from the University of Warwick, UK. “
