Rebecca Tatsch, CPM, RPA Named Managing Director At Prattco Creekway Management
DALLAS – (BUSINESS WIRE) – After Rebecca Tatsch, CPM, RPA, served as a consultant for Prattco Creekway Management (PCM) for the past six years, she was appointed Managing Director of the commercial management company. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate and project management experience, Tatsch has managed some of the largest and most recognized commercial assets in Dallas.

Tatsch began her real estate career with the largest real estate developer in the USA. Her areas of expertise include real estate and asset management, tenant retention, acquisitions, sales and due diligence. Tatsch has managed the Chase Tower, KPMG Center, Stemmons Place, and Knoll Trail Crossing, to name a few, with more than 8 million square feet (SF) of office, warehouse, and logistics assets.

Tatsch is a Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Association, a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and is a licensed real estate seller in Texas. Tatsch attended Rasmussen College.
Prattco Creekway Management was founded in 2016 to manage office and industrial buildings in Texas and the surrounding Sunbelt States. PCM offers a wide range of services including in-house engineering, institutional reporting, strict cost control and accounting services. Leveraging its team’s 80 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the office and industrial sectors, PCM has quickly achieved a strong market presence and currently manages several million SF.
