Nordea: Licensing changes could make RPA too expensive

Robotic workers – also known as robotic process automation or RPA – automate tedious and repetitive tasks in banks, but a manager at Nordea says the indirect cost of licensing bots to interact with third-party software could outweigh the efficiencies they bring .
