Freelance Manager, Multi-platform Analytics – Cynopsis Media
MTV Entertainment Group’s research and insight department is looking for a freelance manager to join the Multiplatform Analytics team. The role will be an integral part of the team overseeing content optimization for MTV, Comedy Central, Paramount Network, VH1 and all other brands under the MTV Entertainment Group umbrella. This role is responsible for synthesizing insights from every available data source to provide expert guidance on brand and franchise performance. This person is the backbone of the team and essential to ensuring that daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are accurate and actionable so that every brand manager has the information they need to make informed decisions. This person serves as the voice of the consumer as they are the best way to tell who that consumer is, how they are viewing our content, and when they are viewing it.
- Providing top-line and in-depth analysis, reports and highlights for the brand and the franchisees.
- Analyze and explain the relationship / impact between cross-platform wherever content lives
- Use critical thinking skills to analyze industry dynamics and formulate timely strategic planning
- Deliver meaningful written insights into programming trends, performance, competitive landscape, and audience behavior to inform strategies.
