DAN Consult appoints new Partner for Martech, RPA & data services
One year after entering the Indian market, Dentsu Aegis Network’s consulting arm – DAN Consult – has appointed a new partner for Martech, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & Data. Milind Shah joins the firm’s Mumbai office where he will report to the company’s CEO, Lalit Bhagia.
Shah is expected to improve DAN Consult’s Marketing Technology Profile (MarTech) in the Indian market. The company was launched in the Indian market last May after realizing the enormous potential of the country for digital marketing and advertising over the next several years. MarTech is a great opportunity to take advantage of this scenario.
In addition, Shah will help grow the company’s business in RPA, another increasingly competitive segment of the country. A number of large consulting firms are currently strengthening their profile in the RPA area. Shah is also tasked with managing all of the data advisory services.
DAN Consult is experiencing an overall boom in Marketing Transformation Services and Shah’s appointment is a consolidation of that process. Shah’s leadership of the segment will be shaped by his wealth of work experience in a number of high profile companies.
He holds a Masters in Operations Research from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and began his career as an advertising professional. Over the course of his career, Shah made his way to the position of Sales Manager at the global consulting firm Capgemini, after which he worked for Hewlett Packard as Country Service Principal for four years.
Shah also spent half a decade as an Associate Partner at global IT services giant IBM in Mumbai, where he served a number of large accounts for the company’s growing business profile in the country. He comes from the IT services company Cognizant, where he was Head of Sales and Associate Vice President.
