Declaration of purpose

  • Optimizing efficiency by working with business and IT stakeholders to formulate solutions based on business needs; Minimization of routine tasks through automation, whereby the focus on development and improvement work is increased.

Experience

Minimum:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience with automation analysis and solution design
  • In the full SDLC and RPA technologies including process reengineering and business process analysis
  • Extensive experience in solution integration
  • Strong background in developing technology solutions
  • Working in an agile environment
  • Experience in complex RPA and real-time automation analysis and designs
  • Establishing and managing stakeholder relationships

Ideal:

Qualifications (minimum)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Engineering – General

Qualifications (ideal or preferred)

  • Honors Degree in Mathematics or Business Analysis

Knowledge

Minimum:

  • How to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) in both a business and technical context, and how to effectively translate across functions.
  • Business and data analysis
  • Function and business process design
  • Re-engineering of processes and possibilities for automation
  • Project management principles
  • Experience working and communicating across multiple business areas.

Ideal:

  • Experience in programming, SQL and relational databases as well as application development would be an advantage
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages ​​is an advantage
  • JIRA and Confluence
  • ITIL principles
  • Understanding of banking systems and processes
